2 tablespoons chopped fresh Mint
¼ Garlic clove, crushed
Lemon Juice , to taste
Sea Salt

To make the minted yoghurt, whisk the yoghurt, mint, garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper together in a small bowl. To save time, the minted yoghurt can be made the night before and stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
