8 uncooked Lasagna Noodles
3½ cups shredded fresh Mozzarella Cheese cheese divided
¾ cup Ricotta Cheese
1 large Egg White
1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan Cheese
Dash of ground Black Pepper
3-4 medium thinly sliced Roma Tomatoes
¼ cup chopped fresh Basil leaves
2 cups Marinara Sauce

This simple, yummy and quick lasagna dish offers satisfaction to your hunger pangs. Its perfect combo of cheese mixture, tomatoes, and marinara sauce that’s brings out the creamy and cheesy flavorful taste.

Preheat oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Cook the lasagna noodles al dente. Drain and arrange noodles in a single layer on a large parchment paper.

For the Filling

In a mixing bowl, put together the egg white and ricotta cheese. Whisk to combine.

Add and stir the Parmesan cheese to the mixture.

Mix three cups of the mozzarella cheese and ground black pepper.

Spread thinly the cheese mixture on top of the lasagna noodle.
