Ingredients

6-7 grilled Portobello Mushrooms
¼ cup Brazilian Peanut Butter
¼ cup Cashew Butter or pine seed butter
1/3 cup peeled Zucchini in cubes
¼ cup Chickpeas Sprout
3 tbsp Olive Oil
2 red Bell Peppers
2 medium Tomatoes into cubes
3 tbsp chopped White Onions
Pinch of White Pepper
Pinch of Paprika
1 Garlic clove
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tbsp chopped Parsley
1 tbsp chopped fresh Onion
Salt
