2 large green and /or red Sweet Pepper , chopped
1 (1-pound) loaf Italian Bread , split lengthwise and toasted
1 (8-ounce) package shredded pizza Cheese (2 cups)

In a large skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until brown. Drain off fat. In a 3½ or 4 quart slow cooker, combine sausage, pasta sauce, and sweet peppers.

Cover and cook on low-heat setting for 5 to 6 hours or on high-heat setting for 2½ to 3 hours.
