2 firm Pear , halved and cored
1 tablespoon Coconut Oil , melted
½ Lemon Juice (about 1 tablespoon)
⅛ teaspoon ground Cinnamon
⅛ teaspoon ground Ginger
Pinch of Sea Salt
2 tablespoons Coconut Concentrate

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Brush the pear halves generously with coconut oil and lemon juice. Mix the cinnamon, ginger and salt in a small bowl and sprinkle evenly over the pears.

Place the pears, cut-side up, in a baking dish and bake for 30 minutes, or until soft. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.

Drizzle with coconut concentrate and serve immediately.
